At Feiner Specht e.U., we do not create mass-produced goods, but carefully refined individual pieces. Our process begins long before the laser is even used: every wooden board is hand-watered, dried, and then finely sanded. This meticulous preparation ensures that the natural texture of the poplar wood is perfectly showcased.

While the precision laser cut provides exact shapes, it is the subsequent hand-finishing that gives the product its character. After a second fine sanding, each piece is hand-colored using water-based stains and sealed with a high-quality, water-based clear coat.

During the refinement process, we intentionally choose water-based, low-emission paints and lacquers to create a product that is as natural and durable as possible. Finally, the individual elements are precisely glued and assembled by hand in our workshop.
